Weekly Evening Rides

WHEN:
  • 6:00 pm at Inside-Out Sports Cary
  • Every Tuesday, and Thursday

PACES:
  1. pace group will average 22+ mph
  2. pace group will average 19-21 mph

There are minor modifications from past routes but make sure you know the route or download it to your Garmin or Wahoo.

Note: We will have a cooler of Gatorade at Inside-Out Sports so you can fill your bottle before the ride if necessary.

WAIVER:

All riders must sign an online waiver at the link below. Also, only those riders who sign the waiver will receive future updates on the ride, including possible time and route changes as well as updates due to weather.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • If you decide to participate in these rides, note that you are taking responsibility for your wellbeing and that Inside-Out Sports is not responsible for any aspects or issues resulting from the ride.
  • Please sign the online waiver. Not only this is a requirement to participate in these rides, but it will provide us with your current contact information so that we can maintain you informed throughout the season.
  • We plan to have ride leaders but it is YOUR responsibility to know the route.
  • Please use your discretion on which group you choose to ride with.
  • We encourage all road cyclists to join us, including triathletes. If you have aerobars, please make sure that you only use them when it’s absolutely safe.
  • Riders must obey traffic rules.
  • Make sure you are self-sufficient in the case of flats.
  • Please ride smart and be courteous to other riders and drivers.
  • Please do not take unnecessary risks.
  • The A and B groups will ride in a rotating paceline. If you’re not familiar with the process, please stay towards the back of the group and observe the flow until you get familiar with the rotation. If you’re not planning on participating in the rotation, you can still ride with the group but stay towards the back and out of the way of those rotating.
  • Rear red lights are mandatory for all riders
