We are happy to announce that we will be resuming our normal business hours once again, effective Monday May 11th.
Our Cary Retail locations will be operating from
- 10am until 8pm, Monday through Friday,
- 10am – 6pm on Saturday
- 1pm until 5pm on Sunday.
Our Charlotte Retail Store is now open at a new location, 4208 South Blvd, Suite J, Charlotte NC 28209
and will be operating from
- 10 am until 6 pm, Tuesday through Saturday.
We will continue to offer several services and options introduced during the last 8 weeks to allow us to continue to serve you safely:
- Free Shipping on any order over $5
- 24 hour delivery on most items to North & South Carolina and Virginia
- Curbside order pickup between 10am and 6pm (call when you arrive)
- Bike Drop off and pickup by appointment
- Service request via online ordering (click here)
- Home bike pick-up and drop-off by appointment
- Phone consultation regarding bike, wetsuits, and shoes
- Employees wearing facemasks and gloves
- Plexiglass shields at counters and service department
- Daily disinfecting cleaning
- Limit on number of customers in store at one time
- Emphasis on social distancing and safety
