Athletic Background:  Olympic Training Center summer athlete in residence many moons ago, Duke 200m fly swimmer- totally irrelevant to triathlon except that I won’t drown.

Athletic History/Achievements:  Division I varsity letter, Junior Olympic Cuts in 100 and 200m fly, best of the US NC rep in 2007, Kona 15th place age group finish 2008, 2009 pro season- 2 9th finishes and one 10th place finish.., NCTS #1 overall female for 2007 2008 and 2009.

 

Favorite Race:  Over the Mountain, anything with mountains.

  

Race that would like to do:   Alcatraz with no sharks.

 

Favorite Workout:  long bike ride somewhere pretty and hilly.
