Briefly, tell us why you love to run: I just know it's a part of who I am... it is uplifling and always makes me smile.

What motivates you to get out the door day after day for a run? Knowing that the rest of my day is going to feel easier and amazing after my morning run.

What is your dream run or race? The race that I break an 18:00 minute 5k.
