2010 Wetsuit Rentals

In 2010 we’ll be offering both fullsuits and longjohns for rent. The fullsuit rental fee is $50. The longjohn suit  rental is $40. Club and organization discounts do not apply to rentals.

This year suits may be picked up at our stores in Charlotte and Cary and for the first time for Cary customers only at wetsuit legal races.

All rental orders must be placed via our webpage. If you are Cary customer please use “cary rentals” and Charlotte Customers “charlotte rentals”. If you are a Cary customer and want to pick up your suit at the event, please rent your suit using the menu heading "event wetsuit rental".

Rental fees are refundable up to 14 days prior to the rental date. If you need to cancel your rental you must email for Cary, curtis@insideoutsports.com and Charlotte, melissa@insideoutsports.com to let him know. Rentals canceled inside of 14 days will receive a store credit of $20.  

In the case of canceled or postponed races, if you have the suit, no refund or store credit will be given.  If you do not have the suit and the race is canceled or postponed, to get a refund you must email, depending from which store you rented the suit, either curtis@insideoutsports.com or melissa@insideoutsports.com to let them know. The refund policy listed in the last paragraph will apply.

All wetsuit rentals must be returned to the location from where they were picked up. Suits must be returned by Tuesday at 5 pm the week following the race. Failure to return the suit by this time will result in an additional full rental charge.

We will not ship rental suits for any reason.

Pickup At Events – Only Available To Cary Customers

1.       Pickup available at IOS tent during packet pickup.

2.       In those cases where IOS is not at packet pickup, wetsuits can be picked up during the participant meeting at our tent held at the race site the afternoon before the race or at the site packet pickup the morning of the race. For example, for the Azalea Tri, wetsuit pickup will be available at the race site at 6 pm on Friday and before the race on race day.

3.       All wetsuits must be returned the day of the race. If this is not possible, renter is responsible for returning the suit at their own expense to IOS by the Tuesday following the race. If the suit is not returned by Tuesday, you will be charged for another weekend rental.

4.       Before ordering your wetsuit on-line please be sure of your size because we might not have another suit for you at the race. If you have any doubt about your size please call one of our stores for advice.

All wetsuits should be returned clean and dry.
